Founded by Dr. Tulu Tefera—a medical doctor, former lecturer, and Stipendium Hungaricum scholar—Oguma Hub was born from his own journey across Ethiopian classrooms to Hungarian campuses. Currently pursuing an MSc in Public Health in Hungary, Dr. Tulu has experienced every application hurdle firsthand and is passionate about making that path smoother for others.
